This Is Why I Come To Milwaukee

"Milwaukee is a lively, fun and interesting place. There are historic buildings and brand new ones side by side, more museums than you can see in a weekend, beautiful neighborhoods, active city streets, great restaurants, and bars, when I say bars, I mean lots and lots of bars. The city has the feeling of being big and small at the same time, it has plenty of tall buildings, but it doesn't have that overwhelming feeling to it. Driving in the city is easy, too. You can from one end of town to the other in around 15 minutes."

"My husband and I live in Chicago and usually get to Milwaukee every year for a weekend visit. There is just such a nice, unpretentious feel to it. It's very walkable and we take the train there. We love the art museum. and last time we took a free brewery tour and let's just say they were very generous with the beers! Lots of great hotels to chose from, the downtown is cute, good selection of restaurants (love Beans and Barley), and the lakefront is awesome! We always stumble into something fun to do such as a festival, art fair, concert, etc. I think Milwaukee has the bones to be a first-class city!"
